FAQs

Where can I go for service if I purchase a Granger Warranty Extended Service Plan?

You can get covered repairs at your trusted mechanic or local dealership. Just present your warranty card when you take your vehicle in.

When can I purchase a new Granger Warranty Extended Service Plan?

If your vehicle is within 41 months of its warranty start date (the date the vehicle was delivered to its original owner) and has less than 41,000 miles, you can purchase a plan.

If your vehicle is a Lincoln, the time frames are slightly different.

If your Lincoln is within 53 months of its warranty start date (the date the vehicle was delivered to its original owner) and has less than 55,000 miles, you can purchase a plan.

If your vehicle is outside the miles or months from warranty start date listed, it is not eligible for a Granger Warranty Extended Service plan.

When will my extended warranty begin and end?

If you purchase a Granger Warranty Extended Service plan, your warranty begins from your vehicle’s original in-service date and mileage. This is the date and mileage when a dealer first sold the vehicle as new. Coverage expires at the earlier of the number of months purchased or the number of miles purchased.

For example: Your vehicle’s warranty start date is July 1, 2022 and the odometer reads 10,000 miles. You purchase a 5-Year / 100,000-Mile Premium Care plan on November 1, 2022. Your coverage starts on July 1, 2022 and expires on June 30, 2027 or when your odometer reads 100,000 miles, whichever occurs first.

Save money with the smartest extended warranty for your vehicle.
